Nickel 201 Seamless & Welded Pipe and Tube

Nickel Alloy DIN 2.4066 Rectangular Welded Pipes, Nickel Alloy 201 ERW Pipes, UNS N02200 EFW Tubing Leading Manufacturers.

As a much-admired organization in the market, we as Calico Metal Ind Pvt Ltd are quite engaged in proposing a collection of Nickel Alloy 201 Pipes and Tubes as an exporter, manufacturer, supplier, and stockiest to our worldwide clients at reasonably priced costs.

Adding chromium, molybdenum, copper and other elements to these Nickel 201 Pipes and Tubes gives them an even higher resistance to oxidation and corrosion which makes it possible to use them in a wider range of applications. UNS N02200 Pipes and Tubes are excellent for heat exchangers in the chemical processing and nuclear industries. Meanwhile, we as well offer these WNR 2.4066 Pipes and Tubes in customized thicknesses and sizes as per the precise requirements given by our valuable customers in international quality of standards.

Advantages

  • Corrosion & oxidation resistant
  • Ductility
  • Brilliant polish
  • Excellent machine strength
  • High creep resistance
  • High temperature strenght
  • Excellent mechanical properties
  • Low gas content
  • Low vapor pressure
  • Magnetic properties

These properties and its chemical composition make Nickel 200 fabricatable and highly resistant to corrosive environments. Nickel 200 is useful in any environment below 600º F. It is highly resistant to corrosion by neutral and alkaline salt solutions. Nickel alloy 201 also has low corrosion rates in neutral and distilled water. This nickel alloy can be hot formed to any shape and formed cold by all methods.
